The Chillicothe Hornets football team plays at Kansas City St Pius X Friday night for a district championship. In the regular season meeting in late September, Pius won at Chillicothe 40 to 0, holding Chillicothe to less than 100 offensive yards.
Hornets Coach Chad Smith says his team, and the coaches, have learned and improved since that first meeting.
Chillicothe is on a 5-game winning streak and has outscored their opponents
228 to 34 in those five games.
