The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report includes several incidents and arrests. Some of them include:
Incident Reports:
November 10th deputies began an investigation in the 22000 block of LIV 330 where a house had a bullet hole in one side. Trajectory suggests the shot came from the roadway. It is uncertain if this was an accident or an intentional act.
November 12th about 10:15 p.m. a deputy heard gunshots west of Chillicothe. A stationary pickup was found near LIV 233 and LIV 256. The deputy found the driver was a juvenile and there was a strong odor of marijuana and intoxicants emitting from the pickup. The deputy witnessed one of the adult occupants attempt to conceal some of the marijuana by throwing it out of the vehicle. No weapons were found. Investigation resulted in the arrests of 24-year-old Jacob Michael McGary and 21-year-old Keyten Wray Holtzclaw for alleged Tampering with Evidence and Possession of Marijuana. They were processed and released

Added November 18:
24-year-old Jahquise Tyronne Webb of Grandview, wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Burglary, Stealing a Firearm, Property Damage-, and 3 counts of Stealing $25,000 or more. Bond is denied.
43-year-old Bruce Allen Bosley of Chillicothe is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Abuse or Neglect of a Child – No Sexual Contact. Bond set at $3,500
Added November 19:
37-year-old Nicole Marie Irving of Chillicothe wanted on Livingston County warrant for alleged Endangering the Welfare of a Child Involving Drugs-1st Offense. Bond set at $2,500 cash.
Other Arrests:
November 9th, deputies arrested 29-year-old Nicholas Allen Duckworth of Chillicothe on Livingston County warrants for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original charge of Possession of Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop.
November 16th, deputies arrested 29-year-old Christopher Eugene Moss of Breckenridge on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on an original charge of alleged DWI-Persistent Offender.
November 18th, deputies arrested 24-year-old Jacob Michael McGary of Chillicothe on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Burglary. Bond is set at $5,000.
