The purchase of the land for Chillicothe’s new Industrial Park will close in the next several days, but before any lots can be sold and developed in the new park, City Administrator Darin Chappell says there is still some work that must take place.
The city will also have to have Geologic core samplings done to provide a good indication of the ground structure across the property.
