Four Arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for Wednesday.
At about 6:38 am in Putnam County, Troopers arrested 19-year-old Dylan W Baker of Greentop and 23-year-old Justin E Ballenger of Green Castle for alleged receiving stolen property Ballenger was also charged with alleged Unlawful possession of a firearm. He was held at the Putnam County Jail.  Baker had an additional charge of alleged possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Adair County Jail.
At 9:55 pm in Livingston County, Troopers arrested 23-year-old Eddie D Holmes of Garland, TX for alleged DWI. He was processed and released.
A 10:20 pm in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 28-year-old Sarita N Gettings of Ottumwa, IA for alleged DWI, No valid drivers license, no insurance, failing to maintain the right half of the roadway, and no seatbelt. She was processed and released.
