Three people were booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail Thursday.
46-year-old Rhonda Justine Hargrave of Chillicothe was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies on a Probation Violation warrant from an original DWI-persistent offender conviction. She is held with bond set at $10,000.
47-year-old Traci Noelle Yates of Independence was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies on a warrant for alleged probation violation for a conviction for terrorist threats. Her bond is set at $20,000.
63-year-old Gilbert Garcia of Rockaway Beach, MO was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies on a Probation Violation Warrant from a conviction for receiving stolen property. He is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
