The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office received Court orders to transport the following detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph or Vandalia to attend a treatment program or serve a sentence:
- 56-year-old Tony Cashatt of Chillicothe, sentenced to a CODS program for Possession Controlled Substance
- 19-year-old Derick Rautanen of Brookfield, sentenced to 2 years for DWI.
- 29-year-old Kegan Swartz of Columbia sentenced to a CODS program for Failure to Register as Sex Offender.
- 34-year-old Nicholas Sturm of Chillicothe sentenced to a CODS program for Probation Violation – Possession Controlled Substance.
- 57-year-old Charles Ellis of Raytown sentenced to 3 years for Stealing
- 51-year-old Kevin Case of Chillicothe sentenced to 3 years Failure to Appear.
- 49-year-old Stephanie Brownsberger of Chillicothe, sentenced to an Institutional Post Conviction Drug Treatment Program on a conviction for Endangering Welfare of Child.
All detainees will be transferred at the earliest opportunity.
