The Chillicothe 7th grade boys basketball team beat the host team 53-36 in the first round of the Centralia tournament. Logan Murrell had 31 points for the Hornets.
The Chillicothe 7th grade girls lost their tournament opener to Centralia 42 to 24. Landry Marsh led the 7th grade lady hornets with 15 points.
