The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for early December includes several investigations and arrests.
Incident Reports:
December 3rd about 10:31 p.m. LCSO received calls of mailboxes that had been run over by a vehicle on LIV 233. Information was also obtained of a Livingston County road sign that was run over on LIV 237. Â Investigation resulted in deputies locating and arresting 22-year-old Roger Dale Cain Jr of Chillicothe for alleged C&I driving and leaving the scene with alcohol involved.
December 4th, LCSO responded to location near Blue Mound as property owner found an ATV in an outbuilding on their property that did not belong there. Â Investigation shows concern the ATV is stolen. Â ATV has been towed from the scene and investigation continues.
December 5th, LCSO recovered a loaded handgun found in a vehicle by the new owner. Â Investigation continues.
December 6th LCSO responded to a location in the 23000 block of LIV 391. Â Victim reported new home had forced entry and someone went through the residence. Â Investigation continues.
December 13th LCSO responded to the 14000 block of LIV 261 as unknown person(s) trespassed onto business property and stole two catalytic converters from parked vehicles. The thieves are most likely the same people involved in a similar incident in Chillicothe around the same time. Investigations continue.
December 13th LCSO responded to a home in the 12000 block of LIV 202 where one or more burglars entered an unoccupied home and removed multiple firearms and a small lockbox. Â This was a daytime home invasion and the investigation is continuing.
Most Wanted Updates:
52-year-old Sterling Joe Blakeley of Breckenridge was arrested December 4th on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. Â Bond set at $10,000.
33-year-old Bruce Allen Bosley of Chillicothe surrendered to Chillicothe Police on Livingston County warrant for alleged Abuse/Neglect of a Child – no sexual contact. Â He posted bond of $3,500.
December 9th, 47-year-old Traci N. Yates was arrested on Livingston County warrant for alleged Probation Violation Terrorist Threat-1st degree.
Two were added to the Most Wanted list on December 15th:
52-year-old Kenten M. Williams of Chillicothe, wanted on Livingston County warrant for alleged Probation Violation for Delivery of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine. Â Bond is set at $20,000.
42-year-old Christopher M. Rader of Tina, is wanted on 2 Livingston County warrants for alleged Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Tampering with Physical Evidence in Felony Prosecution.  Bond is set at $5,000. The 2nd warrant is for alleged Probation Violation on Possession of Controlled Substance.  Bond set at $20,000 cash.
Other Arrests:
December 1st, 35-year-old Lacey Leanne Stith of Dawn was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on a charge of alleged Display/Possess Motor Vehicle Plates of Another Person and Failure to Appear on a charge of alleged Failure to Register Motor Vehicle.
December 4th deputies responded to the 10000 block of Liv 239 on a suspicious person call.  Deputy located a pick-up with a mailbox and post stuck under the vehicle. The driver was interviewed and deputy arrested 59-year-old John Lee Murphy Jr of Chula for alleged Driving While Intoxicated.
December 9th, deputies arrested 46 year old Rhonda J. Hargrave of Chillicothe, on Livingston County warrant for alleged Probation Violation on DWI-Persistent Offender.
