TThe end of a year always leads to a time of reflection. For the Livingston County Elected Officials it is a time to see how the county is doing, financially.
Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas says the county is fiscally better than in the past years. He feels his banking and financial background has been a benefit to Livingston County
Douglas says better financing has led to better bridges now, and in the future for Livingston County.
He says there could be more projects coming in the future.
