A Kansas City man was arrested in Livingston County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 34-year-old Brandon Barklage of Kansas City was arrested at 1:54 this morning on a misdemeanor DWI, Careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and no seatbelt. He was released. A report on an accident was not made available.
