Hassan Wanted On Involuntary Manslaughter Charge
A man involved in an accident at US 36 and Mitchell Avenue is wanted for alleged Involuntary Manslaughter after the driver of the other vehicle died of his injuries. The accident happened on December 14th as an eastbound semi on US 36, driven by 36-year-old Isse Mohamed Hassan from Minnesota, made a left turn, colliding with another semi driven by a 27-year-old Springfield Missouri man, Ronald Tillman.
At the time of the accident, Hassan was cited for an improper turn.
Since that time, Tillman has passed away and charges have been filed against Hassan for alleged 1st Degree Manslaughter.
Hassan is described as 5 foot 9 inches tall, 175 pounds with brown eyes.
