Smoke in the attic was reported to Trenton Firefighters at about 1:45 am Monday. The Fire Department responded to the home at 1806 Bosler and arrived to find smoke coming from the eves and roof vents.
The fire crew had to pull down the living room ceiling to access and put out the fire.
The owner was home at the time and noticed the smoke. The cause of the fire was determined to be electrical The fire crew was on the scene for 90 minutes.
