A two-vehicle accident in Daviess County left one driver with moderate injuries. State Troopers report 51-year-old Terri Schlaiss of Gallatin was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries. According to the report, Schlaiss was southbound on US 69 near I-35 and a vehicle driven north on US 69 by 37-year-old Colt Gilbertson of Wisconsin made a turn onto the I-35 on-ramp and pulled into the path of the Schlaiss vehicle resulting in the crash. Gilbertson was not injured. Both drivers were wearing safety belts.
