The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports one person was recently booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
Twenty-four-year-old Timothy David Marles is held with no bond allowed on two counts of alleged enticement or attempted enticement of a child under 15 years of age. The charges are for an incident alleged to have taken place in early August of 2021.
