The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two recent bookings into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
34-year-old Daniel Joseph Smith of Chillicothe is held for alleged failure to appear on two charges of alleged violation of an order of protection. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
39-year-old Lisa Ann Bell off Linneus is held on a charge of alleged stealing. She was arrested by Chillicothe Police Department. Her bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
