The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports three recent bookings at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
37-year-old Joseph Abram Kincaid, arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department on a parole warrant. He is held with no bond allowed.
29-year-old Cerrina Collette Anders, arrested by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department for alleged 1st Degree Burglary. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
58-year-old William Dean Gardner of Wheeling, arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department on a warrant for alleged failure to register as a sex offender. Bond is set at $2,500 Cash Only.
