Three Chillicothe City Boards will have meetings soon.
Planning & Zoning
Monday, February 7th, the Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 5:30 pm at City Hall to hold a public hearing on a petition for rezoning. The request is for a property at 1500 Third Street, currently zoned P-1 Public Use to R-3 Multi-Unit Residential.
Board of Adjustments
Monday, February 7th, the Chillicothe Board of Adjustments will hold a second public hearing. That meeting is at 6:00 pm at City Hall and is to consider a variance to build a storage unit up to the property line at 10 Washington Street (west of the viaduct).
Airport Advisory Board
Tuesday, February 8th, the Chillicothe Municipal Airport Advisory Committee will meet at City Hall at 5:`5 pm. The agenda includes a review of financials and any old or new business.
