At 11:01 am in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 24-year-old Devin E Moss of Milan for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no seatbelt. He was processed and released.
At Noon in Linn County, Troopers arrested 32-year-old Kyle T McGrath of VanMeter, IA for alleged DWI – persistent offender, driving while suspended, careless and imprudent driving involving a crash, and no seatbelt. He was processed and released.
