Winter weather impacted Great Northwest Day at the Capitol, but Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce Director Crystal Narr says in some ways it made it easier to get their message across to the legislators that attended.
They did have their annual evening event to feature the communities and Narr says Chillicothe was recognized for their display.
Chillicothe was represented by nine members of the community.
