Two arrests in Sullivan County were reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
A St Louis man was arrested Thursday morning. State Troopers arrested 44-year-old Joshua E Riner at about 10:25 am on a Probation and Parole warrant. Riner was taken to the Sullivan County Jail with no bond allowed.
At about 8:05 pm Thursday, Troopers arrested 23-year-old Ramon L Rodriguez Torres of Milan. The arrest was for alleged possession of marijuana – prior offense and possession of drug paraphernalia – prior offense. He was processed and released.
