Expansion Of Chillicothe Elementary School Could Positively Impact Students

The Chillicothe R-II School District is asking voters to approve a no-increase tax levee on April 5th to construct an addition to the Chillicothe Elementary School to house grades 2-5.  Superintendent Dan Wiebers says this would have a positive impact on the students and staff of the district.

Dr Wiebers says it would also mean fewer transitions for the elementary students.

The District is working with volunteers and committee members that are eager to explain the benefits of the proposed project.  If you would like to know more, you can contact the district office.
