The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports one new booking at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
41-year-old Jesse Jay Deshazier of Chillicothe was arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department and booked into the jail Tuesday morning on a 24-hour hold for alleged possession of a controlled substance. He has since been released on $5,000 cash-only bond.
26-year-old Shelby Marie Barnett was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of Domestic Assault in the 4th degree. She is held with bond set at $10,000.
