42-year-old Christopher Rader of Chillicothe is sentenced to 5 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
37-year-old Jered Williams of Chillicothe is sentenced to 3 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
40-year-old Tonya Anderson of Chillicothe is sentenced to 3 years for Stealing.
49-year-old Loutinia Owens of Kansas City is sentenced to 3 years on a Probation Violation – FTA.
