A Conditional Use Permit for a home-based dog trainer was approved by the Chillicothe City Council. The Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Board recommended the approval of the permit for Nicholas Leadbetter at 1208 Norwood Terrace.
Leadbetter was asked about his training.
He also answered questions for the council about the work.
The council approved the Conditional Use permit on a 5/0 vote.
