The Chillicothe Girls Soccer team enjoyed a successful season last year with a 15 and 7 record before losing in the district championship game.
While five players graduated from last year’s team, Head Coach Jimmy Chapman returns a lot of talent.
Chapman says depth will also be a team strength.
Chillicothe opens the girls soccer season this evening on the road at Sedalia Smith Cotton at 5:00 pm. Chillicothe beat Smith Cotton Wednesday in the Preseason Jamboree.
