The city of Chillicothe is in the final stages of hiring a new City Administrator. The Council met with the Candidates Monday night in a Closed Session. Mayor Theresa Kelly says an offer has been made.
Kelly says the council is expecting to finalize the contract and vote at Monday’s meeting. An announcement could be made on Tuesday
