Four arrests in the area counties were reported by the MHP over the weekend.
Saturday, Troopers arrested three in Sullivan County.
At 2:10 am, Troopers arrested 29-year-old Kelsey D Ruggles of Unionville and 31-year-old Anthony Dorsey of Milan for alleged possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of marijuana – prior offender, and possession of drug paraphernalia – prior offender. Dorsey was also arrested for alleged no seatbelt and on an Adair County warrant for alleged no seatbelt. Both were processed and released
10:06 am, 21-year-old Joshua A Muse of Holts Summit was arrested in Sullivan County for alleged possession of a controlled substance – tramadol, receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid drivers license, failure to register a vehicle, no seatbelt, no insurance, and speeding. He was processed and released.
Sunday:
In Daviess County, At about 12:55 pm, Troopers arrested 33-year-old Cody E Narron of Ogden, IA on a Polk County warrant for alleged no seat belt. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with no bond allowed.
