A Pattonsburg man was arrested Monday by State Troopers in Daviess County. At about 9:40 am, Troopers arrested 53-year-old Charles E Kirch for alleged leaving the scene of a crash, careless and imprudent driving, no valid license, no insurance, and no visible plates. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
