The Chillicothe R-II School District voters overwhelmingly approved the two Ballot questions.
On Question A – to allow the district to borrow Nine Million Dollars ($9,000,000) and issue general obligation bonds for the construction, the vote was 1244 yes to 409 no
On Question B – to continue the levy of twelve cents ($0.12) per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation, the vote was 1212 yes to 442 no.
Superintendent Dan Wiebers says he is very pleased.
In the School Board race, there were two candidates for the two seats. The winners are Clint Williams and Bill Hayen.
