Central School Development Meets Sale Requirements

When the Chillicothe R-II School District sold the Central School Building, there was a stipulation that the buyer had to meet to finalize the sale.

The Buyer, Zabka Properties, had to post a $175,000 performance bond that, in essence, guaranteed they would meet the stipulation.  The stipulation was they had to have at least 10 apartments on the property completed and ready to occupy in three years.  Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the stipulation has been met.

Dr Wiebers will discuss the completion of the requirements for the project at Tuesday’s School Board meeting.
