Chillicothe boys tennis competed in the all-day Kirksville High School “Under the Lights” Tournament on Thursday.
The event had been scheduled to be Wednesday and Thursday affair, but weather on Wednesday forced the tournament to a one-day event.
Hornets’ senior, Chace Corbin medaled in number 1 singles, Jadon Collins medaled in number 5 singles and the team of Emmit Young and Gabe Peterson medaled in number 2 doubles.
As a team, Chillicothe tied for first taking share of the tournament title with Trenton.
