Bond Hearings for 28-year-old Zachary Douglas of Utica, will take place Thursday at 9:30 am. Douglas is currently held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed on charges of alleged: 1 count of sexual Misconduct involving a Child Under 15, 4 counts of Furnishing Pornographic Material (or attempt) to a Minor and 1 count of Sexual Misconduct
Douglas will also appear for a bond hearing on charges of alleged:
4 counts of Sexual Abuse
2 counts of Statutory Sodomy
4 counts of Sexual Contact with a Student
1 count of Sexual Misconduct
And 1 count of Furnishing Pornographic Material (or attempt) to a Minor.
