A Chillicothe woman faces charges of alleged child endangerment following her arrest on April 27th. A deputy observed a woman pushing a child stroller with 2 small children at 12:04 a.m in the 300 block of South Washington. The deputy found the woman was allegedly intoxicated and taking the two very small children to a business on Graves Street to meet a man she met online.
The report states the deputy felt the children were not properly cared for and the woman was attempting to drink from two bottles of alcohol even after being ordered not to do so.
Thirty-one-year-old Sarah Kaye Davis is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on alleged 2 counts of Child Endangerment. She is held with no bond allowed
The children were turned over to a responsible family member.
