Four people were recently booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for Livingston County.
22-year-old Kody Eugene Waters of Chillicothe was arrested Tuesday by Chillicothe Police for alleged Burglary. He is held with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
23-year-old Annabelle Elizabeth Baker was booked into the jail after a guilty plea on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. She was sentenced to 100 days in jail. That was suspended and she will serve 10 days in jail as “shock time” and 2 years probation.
37-year-old Brian Anthony Perkins was booked into the Jail by the Chillicothe Police Department on a probation violation warrant. He is held with no bond. His probation violation hearing is June 2nd.
41-year-old Andrea Yerington of Trenton was arrested by Chillicothe Police Department early Thursday morning for alleged possession of a controlled substance.
