A two-vehicle crash four miles north of Chillicothe on US 65 left three injured Monday evening. State Troopers report the crash happened at about 6:08 pm about four miles north of Chillicothe. 19-year-old Addison R Wilson of Dawn and 48-year-old Brent A Murphy of Chillicothe were both northbound. Wilson turned onto LIV 214 and attempted to make a U-Turn and hitting the Murphy vehicle on the passenger side.
Wilson and Murphy both had minor injuries and a passenger in the Murphy vehicle, 34-year-old AnthonyJ Kohl had moderate injuries. All three were taken to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment. A passenger in the Wilson vehicle was not injured. All four were wearing safety belts
