The final resolution authorizing the issuance, sale, and delivery of the General Obligation Bonds to fund the construction of the Elementary Expansion project was approved by the Chillicothe R-II School Board. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the total is just over $9 million.
Wiebers says a portion was sold locally.
The district will receive the funds in its accounts at the end of June.
