Learn about Missouri’s venomous snakes in a virtual program offered by the Missouri Department of Conservation. You can learn more about Missouri’s venomous snakes and separate myths from facts in the virtual program “Venomous Snakes of Missouri.” The program is few and will be held on June 2nd from 6-7:30 p.m. This free online program, is put on by the staff of MDC’s Springfield Conservation Nature Center. The MDC says there are plenty of myths about the snakes in Missouri and they will work to dispel those myths during the program.
Registrants must provide an e-mail, so a program link can be sent to them. This program will include a chat-based question-and-answer period where participants can interact with the presenters.
