The weather has delayed a few of the Chillicothe Street Projects. Street Superintendent Jeff Gillespie says one of the projects was just completed. Irving Street near the Museum reopened Wednesday afternoon.
In addition, the work on Woodrow between Clay and Third Street is waiting to begin. That project includes relocating a gas line and the reconstruction of the street.
