Decisions on the Strand Hotel Apartments are on the Chillicothe City Council agenda for Monday. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm at the CMU meeting room.
Under appearances,
Mayor Theresa Kelly will recommend Mel Gregg for reappointment to the Railroad Board.
Ordinances include:
- Accepting the gift of the Strand Hotel Apartments property
- Approving an agreement with Zabka Properties to manage the Strand.
- An amendment to the contract with Livingston County Community Development Corporation (Main Street) to increase the payment by $6,000 to assist in watering the downtown flowers.
- An addendum to the engineering contract with Allgeier, Martin & Associates for engineering services for the next phase of the street program.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
