12:37 PM Officers served a warrant on a man who turned himself in on a City of Chillicothe Municipal warrant for failing to appear on a charge for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. He posted bond and was released.
Officers also handled reports of animals at large, a suspicious person selling animals, and speeding through areas of town.
