The State of Missouri provided a $30 million infusion into the Multipurpose Water Resources Fund (MWRF) that will support the East Locust Creek Reservoir (ELCR) project. Brad Scott from the North Central Missouri Regional Water Commission (NCMRWC) says they will be able to use money from this fund for a “Local Match.”
Scott says the project is in “Pre-Construction”
He says the East Locust Creek Reservoir is a project that will take another four to five years to complete.
