Friday, July 8th

11:29 a.m., Officers responded to the 1900 block of Country Club Dr. for property damage.

2:26 p.m., Officers responded to the 2800 block of Grand Dr. to assist with a landing zone for an emergency medical evacuation.

Saturday

1:32 am, during a traffic stop in the 600 block of N. Washington Street, an 18-year-old driver was found to be driving while intoxicated and in possession of alcohol, and the 18-year-old passenger was found in possession of alcohol.  Both were arrested, cited, and released.

11:44 am, Subject reporting license plates stole off vehicle in the 500 block of First Street.

1:42 pm, Subject stating they were scammed out of gift cards by a subject known to them.

4:43 pm, Officers spoke with a 36-year-old Chillicothe man at the Law Enforcement Center who wanted to turn himself in on a Livingston County Warrant for Probation Violation-DWI Persistent Offender. He was later taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

7:17 pm, Officers responded to a home in the 100 block of Herriman Street for a domestic disturbance.  Report was taken and the suspect was later located and taken into custody for Domestic Assault, cited, and released.

Sunday

1:28 am, Officers observed a male citizen lying in the intersection of Highland and Clay. Officers determined the man was intoxicated and made sure he got home safely.

1:34 am, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Webster St. and Jefferson Ave. The 28-year-old driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. She was processed, cited, and released.

5:34 pm, Officers responded to the 1000 block of Graves St. for a dog left in a vehicle. Animal Control determined that the vehicle was running and had air conditioning. Officers and Animal Control met with the owner and explained the potential dangers of leaving animals in vehicles.

6:23 p.m., Officers responded to the parking lot of the Chillicothe Police Department for a motor vehicle crash. One vehicle had backed into another while trying to exit the parking lot. Both vehicles had minor damage and information was exchanged.
