School Board To Consider Bids And Healthcare Program

Annual bids and selecting a contractor for a storage building are to be considered by the Chillicothe R-II School Board this evening.  The board meets at the District Administrative Building at 6:00 pm.

The agenda begins with the financial  reports and consent agenda,

A presentation will be made by Hedrick Medical Center on In-School Video Visits for students with “minor medical conditions.”  Under the program, students could be seen by a hospital physician and the parent may be present virtually.  The goal is to allow students to stay in school and receive the medical care needed to remain in school.

The board will consider the bid for the construction of a building for the storage of track equipment near the Jerry Litton Stadium.

Bids will be presented for Milk and oil/fuel.

Setting the date of the Tax Rate Hearing for the School District is also on the agenda.
