A tax rate hearing and discussion on investment banking are on the Livingston County Commission agendas. The commissioners meet Tuesday and Thursday next week at 9:30 am in the commission room of the courthouse.
Tuesday at 9:30 they will meet with a local investment group about investment banking.
Thursday at 10:00 am is the public hearing to set the tax rate for the county personal property and real estate taxes.
The proposed rate for Livingston County is .0777
.0279 per $100 valuation for the General Revenue
.0498 per $100 valuation for the Senior Citizen Tax Fund
The commissioners will also handle county road and bridge matters and administrative and departmental responsibilities.
