Grants were presented to the Chillicothe Police Department and Chillicothe Fire Department Monday as part of the Chillicothe City Council meeting. Jeff Arp from MIRMA, the Missouri Intergovernmental Risk Management Association, presented grant funds as reimbursement for equipment.
