Livingston County deputies booked 41-year-old Timothy Alan Nguyen into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a Writ. Nguyen was transferred from the Western Reception & Diagnostic Correction Center to appear in Livingston County Associate Court on a charge of alleged Domestic Assault.
