Troopers Arrest Savanah Man

A Savanah man was arrested Wednesday in Daviess County.  State Troopers arrested 60-year-old Ricky L Smith for alleged DWI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to display a red flag on items extending more than 5 feet from the vehicle.  Smith was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

The Unemployment rate for Livingston County increased in the month of June but remains the lowest of the area counties.  Livingston County’s Unemployment for the month of May is 3.0% and is now 3.4%.  In June of 2020, the rate was 4.1%.
