A Slater man was arrested by State Troopers in Carroll County Monday.  At about 12:40 pm, Troopers arrested 58-year-old David G. Johnson for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, hindering the prosecution, possession of drug paraphernalia, no seatbelt, and no insurance.  Johnson was taken to the Carroll County Jail.
