A Carrollton man was arrested by Troopers in Carroll County early this (Saturday) morning. Nineteen year old Ashton McDowell was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Chariton County Jail.
