Missouri State Troopers report one arrest in the local counties for the weekend.  Sunday at about 4:00 pm, Troopers arrested 37 year old Benjamin Shubert of Kidder on a Daviess County warrant for alleged abuse of neglect of a child.  Bond is set at $10,000.  He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
